Welcome! I’m Emily, and I'm passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, better understand themselves, and create meaningful change.
I earned my Master of Education in Counseling from Lindsey Wilson University and am a proud member of Chi Sigma Iota, the international honor society for counselors. Before opening my private practice, I worked as an LPC-Associate in a group practice in Katy, Texas, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through a variety of life experiences and challenges.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a New Orleans native, but have lived in Texas since 2009. I’ve been happily married to my best friend for 15 years, and I’m a proud mama to three rescue fur-babies: my bunnies, Beignet and Heidi, and my cat, Jasper. In my free time, you’ll often find me immersed in a good book, working on a creative project like embroidery, crochet, or miniatures, or planning my next travel adventure.
